Mary Louise Dutcher

Mary Louise Dutcher grew up in Red Oak IA, graduated from IA State Teacher's College and taught primary grades in Iowa and Indiana before working as a secretary/administrative assistant in the Nebraska Conference Headquarters of the Methodist Church, the University of Nebraska College of Business Administration, the University of Nebraska Press, and the Nebraska Library Commission.  As a child, Mary Louise loved to read, "lived" in the city library, loved the librarians and the summer reading programs.  It was Mary Louise's continued pleasure to keep abreast of the best picture books for children.  Her life-long mission was to "be of service."  Age only strengthened her commitment to helping others. At her passing, Mary Louise has named Foundation for LPS a beneficiary of an annuity.  She is so grateful for the education she received.
