Alyson Dickinson is a para at Morley Elementary. As a retired school administrator, she was willing and able to substitute for our assistant principal, who was on maternity leave during the first semester. During that time, Alyson hit the ground running with a lot of energy and a smile on her face and went above and beyond every single day. If she does not know the answer, she finds it out and gets back to you. She advocates and supports students and staff members in every way possible. Alyson builds meaningful relationships with students, parents, and staff members. A phrase you will often hear her say is, “How can I help?” She is a positive, warm, dedicated, visible, patient, consistent, and humble leader. Alyson provides a listening and empathetic ear and genuinely cares about staff and students. She always has what is best for students at the heart of every decision she makes. Her optimistic presence and energy uplift those around her as she encourages others. She truly is committed to education and Morley and is always determined to do any job to the best of her ability and give 110%. Alyson Dickinson is a true inspiration!
