Mr. Francis plays an itntrugal part in our school's success. He is thoughtful, caring, intuitive, and always visible in our school. He has assisted many students and provided leadership, guidance, and the tools to succeed in school. His job is to help students process, reflect, and return to class to finish their work. He does it with grace and always holds students accountable for their actions, inspiring them to advocate for themselves.
His visibility in the community was evident as the school was in the initial phases of opening. He volunteered a lot of his time to spend time with families and our students in the community. He is respected by our staff and students and always supports our needs at Northwest. He has worked with our life skills students, coaches various sports, and does it with a smile. We appreciate his efforts and the time he spends inspiring people in our school community!
