Kim gives her whole heart to the Belmont Family! She has a positive attitude and welcomes every student to breakfast and lunch with a warm, genuine smile. She leads our kitchen staff with high expectations and positivity. When most people would be overwhelmed by serving over 500 kids at breakfast and 800 kids for lunch, Kim is excited because she knows that kids are getting good nutrition! Kim knows the important role that she plays in meeting student’s basic needs and fueling their bodies so that they can perform well at school. She wants students to like what she serves and often asks students for feedback on the meals. Kim is willing to host students for contributions and helps students to feel needed. She builds relationships with students by recognizing them with our school reward system and by giving theml compliments. She is an advocate for Belmont and it’s students. Belmont is a better place because Kim is a part of it!
