About the Fund

The LHS Howard G. Cook Fund for Automotive Technology was established by Barbara Rino in honor of her father, a mechanic, Howard G. Cook. The award is intended to provide tuition assistance to students seeking a career in automotive technology or the automotive industry.
 

Applying for the Award


Application Open: February 2nd, 2024 - March 11th, 2024
Award Amount: up to $750

In order to be eligible and apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • Plan to attend the automotive career pathway program at Lincoln High
  • Plan to enroll in or take dual-credit (SCC) Advanced Auto LPS Course(s)
  • Be in good academic standing and have good attendance
  • Show financial need
