Kaci Cole adds to the reasons that I believe Lakeview Elementary is a hidden gem. Kaci truly believes that each and every student is one of her students. She takes extra time to build relationships with students in all grade levels. Kaci is also a great resource for staff when they have questions on MTSS-A, MTSS-B, Restorative Practices, Instructional Strategies and Social Skills. She uses multiple learning strategies to engage students at a high level for each lesson. She works to learn new strategies and high-level questions to engage students. This year, Kaci has helped Lakeview dig deeper into Restorative Practices. She is a lead on her grade level team and on our MTSS Tier 1 Committee. Kaci is able to extend this learning into the classroom by building a positive classroom culture where students support each other in a positive way. She has the gift of building relationships with students, staff and families. She makes Lakeview a better place each and every day.
